Rexona Women Powder Dry with Talc Essence Antiperspirant/Deodorant
I have various deodorants lying around, which I don’t think is a bad thing given how hot and humid our climate is. I have favorites, but I still try to rotate the usage of each deodorant so that none are wasted and eventually get used up. The Rexona Women Powder Dry with Talc Essence Antiperspirant/Deodorant is one of those that I use every now and then.
Information on the packaging:
New Rexona Powder Dry with Talc Essence gives a powder fresh scent and smooth feel with long-lasting dryness so you stay comfortably dry all day.
Yep, this one definitely has a powdery scent. Much like baby powder, but with a bit of a sporty twist to it, I’d say. If you like powdery scents, then you’ll probably like this. This smells okay to me, and I like how it remains true to its original scent and doesn’t turn sour or off later throughout the day. It seems to agree with my body chemistry.
I find it to be strongly-scented though, which is the reason why I don’t use it so often. I mean, the scent of it is okay, but the strength level of it is a little high for me. When I use the Rexona Powder Dry Antiperspirant/Deodorant and wear a sleeveless top, the scent of it permeates the air all around me. I personally don’t want to keep smelling my deodorant all day. I don’t choose this deodorant when I know I’ll be wearing perfume because I don’t want any scents clashing.
As an antiperspirant, on me, this is very effective. My underarms stay dry all day even if it’s scorching hot outside. So that’s pretty cool. They also remain smelling of powder, no rank or sweaty odor to be detected.
This is a roll-on and it takes around three minutes to dry, but I don’t really have any problem with that. It dries clear and doesn’t leave any crusted up residue on the ‘pits. It leaves white marks on dark clothing, but doesn’t seem to leave yellow stains on the armpits of my shirts.
Rexona Women Powder Dry with Talc Essence Antiperspirant/Deodorant – Pros:
- The powder scent is alright.
- Keeps my underarms smelling nice.
- Also effectively keeps them dry for the whole day. No matter how hot the weather is.
- It doesn’t make my skin itchy or irritated.
- It’s affordable at around PhP 60 only.
- Very accessible, can be found at supermarkets, drugstores, department stores, etc.
Rexona Women Powder Dry with Talc Essence Antiperspirant/Deodorant – Cons:
- A little too strongly scented than I’d prefer.
Overall:
I like how I can rely on this deodorant/antiperspirant to keep me dry throughout a day mostly spent outdoors. It also keeps my underarms smelling nice, and the smell doesn’t turn weird but remains its original powdery self. I wear this when I want a stronger-smelling deodorant. If you like strongly-scented and powdery-smelling deodorants/antiperspirants, check this out. If you prefer more mildly-scented body products, try opening the cap at the store and giving it a sniff first.
