Ladelu Celestial Perfume Review
It was a day in December when I became acquainted with a local perfume business. I was browsing a popular forum for women when I first saw the brand name Ladelu. I immediately searched for information on them and I found a blog entry and their website. I read through their scents list and I was delighted with the promising fragrances! From makeup lemmings, I’ve shifted to a fragrance phase!
First let me tell you a bit about the brand. Ladelu is a Manila-based micro-perfumery business. The brand chooses not to use excessive marketing, but instead focuses on creating good quality perfumes that are somewhat unique from what we often smell when we use popular fragrances. Their products are handmade and vegan, and are created in limited-run batches.
My first order was sample sizes of ten of their scents. After testing them out and determining which one I liked best, I bought two bottles of it. The one I have chosen was Celestial which is from the regular line. I have a eau de parfum and an extrait de parfum version of it.

This is what smelling an angel would be like! Become an instant celestial being wafting in swathes of lavender, citrusy bergamot, jasmine and musk. Pure and sweet, you’ll fall in love with Celestial’s clean, crisp transparent scent. For men and women.
I actually like the simple, minimalist packaging of Ladelu. I find it elegant and sturdy. The eau de parfum is housed in a clear glass bottle while the extrait de parfum is contained in a frosted bottle. What is the difference between the two perfume strengths, you ask?
Eau de parfum is a stronger perfume than eau de toilette, which lasts for 3-4 hours.
Extrait de parfum has the strongest perfume strength in a natural alcohol base. With it you can use less of the perfume with better longevity. It lasts for around 4-6 hours.
Celestial is a bestseller for a good reason! I find it easy to wear. If you love jasmine and lavender, then this is the scent for you! It’s along the lines of Angel’s Breath and Johnson’s Baby Cologne Heaven, but a grown-up version of them. I don’t mean that they smell the same, but I know you get the idea. Angelic, heavenly, pure. Those are the words that come to mind. I love the combination of lavender, citrusy bergamot, jasmine and musk. It’s clean and crisp and dries down to a scent that still smells very fresh. Jasmine is easily the highlight of this perfume while lavender gave it a soothing appeal. It’s a unisex scent but I find that it leans more to the female demographic because of jasmine. The staying power of Celestial is great! If I spray it on my body on this day, I would still smell it on me the next day, albeit much fainter. Still, the freshness of the scent is there!
This scent also comes in a 30 mL bottle of eau de parfum,10 mL purse spray of eau de parfum, a 10 mL alcohol-free naturals roll-on, 100 mL eau fraiche, and a 1 mL sample vial.
What I like about Ladelu Celestial:

Will I repurchase?
Yes! I will repurchase after I finish these two bottles! I would get Flower Child, Kind Earth and Sublime too, though I’d have to make a special order for them because they’re limited edition.
Final thoughts:
If you want something uncommon yet not too “out there”, I highly recommend that you try Ladelu’s fragrances. Celestial won’t be too adventurous a choice so it’s good to start with this scent. I really love it!

Celestial sounds fresh and perfect for your age. :) I’m browsing the Ladelu site now, I like the names of the fragrances ah- Flower Child, Celestial, Kick Ass! Hehe. Would be better I think if they had a sample set of all the available scents, I’d like to get something like that sana to sample all their scents. :)

Yes! Test them out first, to know which ones you’d really like to order. Calm waters and flower child are limited ed, not sure kung me sample vials option. But I think good gamble na to buy 2 bottles of Flower Child agad. :)
