L’oreal Professionnel Crystal Gloss Tecni Art
Taking care of one’s hair is imperative since it is our only crowning glory. I observe that people here spend thousands of pesos just to achieve perfect hair. Blame it on the TV commercials. Whether it be that long, straight, and black or perfectly dyed brown , we girls don’t really mind how much we have to pay after that salon treatment as long as we achieve what we wanted for our tresses.
Sadly, treatment after treatment, we are sometimes left with a dull looking hair perfectly robbed out of its natural shine. I personally have experienced this as I am a fan of straightening and rebonding treatments. My hair isn’t perfect. It’s dry, frizzy (buhaghag), wavy and dull. So, what do I resort to? Of course, a trip to the salon!
In one of my trips to the salon, I brought home the L’oreal Professionnel Crystal Gloss Tecni Art.

PRODUCT REVIEW:
As I mentioned earlier, in one of my straightening and oil treatments at Freshaire Salon in Festival Mall Alabang, the lady who was in charge of me offered L’oreal’s Crystal Gloss Tecni Art which I immediately bought. I remember buying it for P250 for a 100ml bottle that time.
It comes in a small white metal bottle which is pressurized and has a sprayer diffuser on top. It comes in a compact size and can fit comfortably in your handbag making it ideal for those quick touch ups. It doesn’t smell like chemicals to me as well. It actually has a sweet smell, not too sweet though, just right. Probably, has something to do with the Parfum/Fragrance they added in the ingredients.
Sprayer diffuser which evenly distributes the Crystal Gloss on your hair
After I bought it, the lady proceeded in using it immediately for my tresses which made it instantly smooth. For those who had straightening sessions before, you know that your hair after treatment will be brittle and hard to comb. It’s like having sticks on your head. But this product changed the results right then and there. I got a smooth, easy to comb and shiny locks after.
Pros of the L’oreal Professionnel Crystal Gloss Tecni Art:
- It made my tresses soft, smooth, shiny and easy to comb even after a straightening session.
- The sweet smell is just perfect. You wouldn’t want your hair screaming chemicals everyday.
- I consider the price of P250 (which might be higher now) really cheap with the benefits you will get from this product.
- It’s very handy and compact. You can easily put this in your handbag for quick touch ups throughout the day.
- Unlike other leave-on products, it doesn’t give a greasy and sticky feeling after.
Cons of the L’oreal Professionnel Crystal Gloss Tecni Art:
- It’s not available in department stores. I was trying to look for this product at Watson’s or SM department stores but I could not find any. I believe this is only available at selected salons. I got mine from Freshaire Salon so you might want to check that out first.
Would I buy it again?
Yes. I like this product so much that I have it in my bag always whenever I go out. It’s cheap and highly effective. It’s value for money. Its availability is not a problem. Besides, there are a bunch of salons sprouting in malls everywhere so I think you can easily buy this product if you want to.
