Human Heart Nature Hand & Foot Salve – Bee Propolis and Carrot Review

The Hand & Foot Salve with Bee Propolis and Carrot was one of my very first purchases from Human Heart Nature. I used to buy it every time I ran out but then I got caught up trying other hand creams. Well now that my eczema is acting up again I’ve decided to go back to this product.

I’ve tried both the Banana and Eucalyptus scents and like both equally, but the jar I have right now is in the Eucalyptus scent. This is only mildly scented anyway and the smell doesn’t linger on the skin, I only get a whiff of it while applying the salve.

The texture of this product is not what you might expect from the name of it. It’s not really balm or salve-like, it’s a cream. However that doesn’t take away from the quality of the product. The Human Heart Nature Hand & Foot Salve with Bee Propolis and Carrot is one of my favorite hand and foot creams because it’s gentle and effectively softens and moisturizes my always dry skin.

I love that this doesn’t aggravate the eczema on my hands and feet. It leaves my skin feeling softer and much less dry. I’ve been applying this every night before going to sleep, every morning upon waking up, and almost after every hand-washing, and I swear, the frequent application of this makes an obvious difference on the skin on my hands and feet.

I’m not sure if Human Nature reformulated this product but the new jar I bought seems to have a lighter, less sticky texture than the one I tried some years ago. Which is a good thing, because it feels more comfortable to use in out tropical weather. And despite its having a lighter texture, I still find it just as moisturizing.

• Frequent application softens and moisturizes my super dry hands and feet.
• It doesn’t irritate my eczema.
• It has a mild scent.
• It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy and seems to get absorbed easily.
• It’s made of natural ingredients.
• The 50 g jar lasts a long time for me.

Human Heart Nature Hand & Foot Salve – Bee Propolis and Carrot – Dislikes:

• I’d prefer it to be in a tube instead of a jar, for hygienic purposes. I don’t think this is too thick to be packaged in a tube dispenser. Human Nature has a Strawberry Hand & Foot Salve which is in a tube and has different ingredients, but I prefer this one because it’s more moisturizing.

If you need a good, affordable hand and foot cream and one with natural ingredients at that, definitely give this product a try!
